I am not related to the Woodbury's except by marriage.

2). If you are not related to the Woodbury's why are you doing this genealogy?

It is a labor of love. I started out searching for my wife's direct line and when I saw what an important role the Woodbury's played in early America and how poorly they had been represented, I decided I would try to remedy that oversight.

3). How long have you been working on this genealogy?

More than ten years now.

4). Who are the parents of Lydia Woodbury that married Henry Herrick?

No one knows. The Herrick family now believes that she wasn't a Woodbury at all. She is unequivocally not the daughter of John Woodbury and Anne (Agnes) Napper.
